Hello, my fellow travelers of the school called life. Today I want to show you a very powerful practice of how you can center your energy, because in this very dynamic and very demanding world and the energy field that is really disruptive and wobbly around us, it's so easy to allow our energy to be everywhere and not focusing within your system. So today I want to share with you and practice together with you so that you actually can put your phone somewhere in a really nice quiet place and follow that practice. Okay, let's just start start. So if you close your eyes and take five deep breaths, ground yourself, imagine a warm, orange, red color Energy ball Two fingers lower than your belly button. It's located there because it is one energetic node that holds your body together. That holds your body together.

Speaker 1:

Most of people have very weak knot that hold this body together. That's why this practice is very, very important, not only to center your energy, but also to strengthen this energetic knot that holds your body. So if you imagine this warm and getting hot and hotter ball the size of this place, imagine that your all energy concentrated there in this one spot, one location, spot, one location. All the energy of your thoughts to this warm red color and getting into white color energy ball below your belly button. Feel how the energy is activating this place within you, how it makes you feel warm inside and how it grounds you, because all energy that you sending out is now going in and become located in one space, in one spot, in one energy node that is holding your physical body together, your physical body together. When you breathe and bring all this energy into this location, straight away, you could feel grounding happening, you feel peaceful, you feel still. There's less negative energy, less negative thoughts, less emotions that are distorted. It's almost like you simultaneously go into that stillness and quietness. Well, this is your center. This is not your soul and this is not your essence. This is a part of your anatomy, the energetic anatomy that is holding your physical body together. Its name is Tantien Tantien. You can place your fingers up there and feel the warmth and hot energy in this location.

Speaker 1:

If you do this practice every day, you will strengthen Tan Tien. You will strengthen your physical body that is able to be present and grounded at any given time. So just repeat this practice every day. It only takes a few minutes of your time, but that will set you up for a day. I do it every morning, but it will set you up for a day to be within yourself, to feel this location, to be present with yourself and be grounded. That way you can then feel less stress, feel less anxiety, feel less hurrying up, you will feel more presence with yourself and with others, and you will have better ability to think constructively and deal with everything that comes into you from outside.
