Hello everyone. Today I would like to share with you a very quick, very effective and very easy tool that can how to not having motivation in the morning, how not to really wanted to get out of the bed. So today I'm going to share with you a very, very fast, really quick, simple tool how you can get yourself out of the bed and motivate yourself. Get yourself out of the bed and motivate yourself to start your day with more energy, with more inspiration, with more clarity. So when you actually have stress and unmotivated state, when you're tired, when you have negative thoughts on waking up, I know too well how you don't want to get out of the bed. You want to hide under the blanket, you want to life pass by without you being participating in it, because you've been working so hard for your success. You've been doing this success race for years and now you feel so exhausted. So when you wake up in the morning and have your negative thoughts, you're tired, you don't want to wake up, you want to take another half an hour or an hour of sleep. Well, I suggest you use your will in this moment. Just get out very quickly out of the bed and stay there. Just stay straight, lose your knees a little bit, close your eyes and imagine two fingers lower than your belly button there is an energetic red color ball that becomes white color when you start to activate it. Just make it very hot. You can place your fingers down lower than your belly button in that location so that it is easier for you to visualize this hot, very active and strong white ball of energy and then visualizing a laser line going from that ball down into the molten core of Earth.

This is a really effective tool to ground yourself and connect to earth. This is, try, the way we'll take your scattered and fluctuated energy of the negativity and unmotivation into the center and also into that moment, the connection to the earth, connection of your physical body into that place and straight away, by shifting energy into this groundness, you will feel motivated, you will feel present and your energy will start to be focusing on your presence and you will start to feel aliveness, so that you can start your day with this much more focused state. And also, if you want to take it further, you can actually allow it or, within yourself, put intention. While your laser line is connected to the core of earth, you can put intention for a day, it can be anything. So when you actually connect yourself to the earth and voice your intention, that's how your day will and that's how you're going to stay all day in that very present state.

So I hope that little tool can help you in your daily practice. If you're going to do it every day in the morning, I guarantee you not going to be feeling tired, exhausted, unmotivated. It only can take about a couple of weeks. Just assist yourself, and it takes about three, five minutes. So stay tuned in.
