Hello, welcome. You are on the Heart of Success show and I'm your host, larisa Vakulina. I go live every Wednesday at 2 pm, south Australian time zone and here on this show I'm sharing with you a real life stories, experiences, tips, methods and tools how you can actually improve your life, how you can finally start to understand that we are creators of our own life, that we have full capacity and full set of tools within ourselves to create the life we really want to. And right now, everything calls us to do this. And this requires an inner journey, inner introspection, so that we can start to unravel all of the artificial programming and all of the traumas and wounds and all of the emotional pain that we still carry, and also allowing ourselves to be taken into different extreme informational manipulation. We're bombarded every day from all of the corners of the informational field to take one side or another side, to divide this nation or these people, and this is so destructive and it is so harmful for us and for the collective and for the whole life that we are so longing to live with happiness, joy, with optimal health, with ability to freely create what we have in our hearts, what we have in our goals and ideas.

Speaker 1:

So today I'm going to dive a bit more deeper into the concept of how we can transform stress into constructive thinking. Well, I start from the basic, because we all know we all experience in one way or another, in some way form or shape, some way form or shape, stresses and worries and anxieties and fears and depressions and all of these expressions of the stress. It's too familiar and right now, in our state of the human evolution, it is too familiar not only to us adults, but also to children and to elderly people. I just would like to share with you today a simple exercise, just the five-minute exercise that anyone can take at any moment in their life so that you can help yourself to shift from stressful state of trembling and unmanageable state and when we see that there is some conflict or something that confronts us and we don't know how to deal with that external situation, this little exercise that takes only five minutes can help you greatly to start to train yourself to use it at any moment of your life when you are faced with stress. So it is a very simple, internal, intentional exercise that can help you to start to create the mystic in you.

Speaker 1:

So we all know we have this spiritual connection to our creator and we saw, deeply involved in all the informational reality. We saw deeply involved in the logical thinking and all our external trainings and how we we have the reality that, mostly based on the external, external things that we can see, touch, we're surrounded by, but we have this amazing, spiritual, mystical part of ourselves that we are not really using. I'm not saying fully, but not even a little bit, but this exercise can start to help you to connect to this part of yourself, which is so wisdom, it knows, it feels, it guides. It's not it, it, it intuit, intuit all the external energetic and vibrational material that you are every day bombarded with and surrounded by. So this part of you can be used fully to help you to navigate your life, to navigate your business life, to navigate your relationships, to navigate your own personal relationship with yourself, because this is really where we all struggling with, because of this busyness and all the manipulative realities that is especially built for us, so that we don't do exactly what I'm inviting you to do to go within and then connect or start to connect with this part of yourself, which will help you to stop worrying, to stop stressing about external situation, to stop seeing this reality in a very distorted way, because when we have stress, when we're in fear, when we're in anxious, trembling, internally confused state, we cannot think constructively at all. We don't see the reality the way it is. We see it through the lens of your past experiences, we see it through the lens of the fear, we see it through the lens of this limited understanding and limited belief system that we've been deeply trained and programmed through our lives and right now, the reality and everything that's happening within our world, within communities, within the nations, actually forcing us now to go within and find answers for this stress and for these distortions, for these confusions within, because we have it all here inside. There's no tools that can help you to contemplate what tools you have within, what faculties and abilities you can utilize to help you to see the reality, what actually is in the front of you. So when you're in stress and you see something that confronts you and you feel and you believe that you cannot manage it, you see this reality in a very distorted way. It's not what actually is.

Speaker 1:

So this simple five-minute exercise is actually taking you through a simple three steps. So these three steps are first is, recognize that you are now in distorted reality is recognize that you are now in distorted reality, that your stress is actually taking you, not in what in reality happening. It is distorted because it is steaming from the fear from this really imbalanced state. So third step is recognize yes, I am now in emotional reaction, this is something that is. I'm not seeing it as it is, as a truth, I'm not seeing the grain of truth in this, but I am in this situation right now and I'm accepting that. I am creating this not real state and it is very harmful and it is self-perpetuating.

Speaker 1:

If you will stay in this state, that will be then creating more and more stress and the mind is clinging to these little situations and creates a big issue and big deal from a very small little something that didn't go the way you want it to go in your life. So the second step is to actually see what actually happened. Not what you think and not what your mind thinks, perceiving, is happening, but what really happens. Is this really something that you will be dying from? Is this something lethal? Is this something that will stop your life? So, in reality, when you look at any crisis or any conflict or any sort of discord. It may be for your good. It may be saving you from something more dramatic happening.

Speaker 1:

So, if you start to see why that actually happened to you, what led to this moment where you have conflict, have you been contributing to it? And the truth is that you are contributed into this conflicting crisis situation because we are creators and we either create from that mature, emotional, adult and emotionally stable and balanced adult or we create from that imbalanced, fearful, confused being that is actually not seeing the self as the main denominator in any situation, in any situation. So, as we all know and it's everywhere commonly discussed that when we are in fear or stress, we have two responses freeze or flight. And when we are in this state, we cannot really think constructively and we cannot assess the way it is. We're not seeing the grain of truthfulness in the moment. So we're almost creating an artificial crisis from that fearful mind that is clinging to a little problem and making it big.

Speaker 1:

So, in order for us to actually move from that anxious mind into the ground place and a space of the core, which is then have that peaceful and balanced state and the energy start to flow in a balanced way, then you have that state that is showing you and displaying the real situation, the truthfulness of any conflict and crisis. This is the second step to actually shift from what your mind thinking is to what actually is. Then there's another step into this process. Is what, if you just imagine and visualize or think, even think? Because now you're grounded and you have the capacity to have to instruct your mind to think what could exist, what actually could exist, not what your mind think existed, what actually exists, but what could exist? This is taking you into the space of intention, into the space of seeing the future in a different way. It helps you to start to have your thinking process from the place of the reality, from the place of where you are stable, you're grounded, you see the situation from the truthful, constructive way and then from that space you could plan for a resolution. Because you are grounded, you are peaceful, the energy flows really in a balanced, free way, there is no flight or fight effect.

Speaker 1:

Your brain, your mind, will start to think different possibilities out of this stressful situation at this stage, which you couldn't even see or imagine. When you were in a situation of perceiving stress as a trauma, drama, not manageable, not resolvable, you wouldn't be able to see these possibilities. At the state of anxiety because you're not able to, your mind is creating, all over your whole anatomy, the frequency of confusion. That's why you're not able to see any resolved ways from that stressful situation. So in order for us to train ourselves to be able to be connecting to this wisdom and spiritual part of ourselves, which is our compass, our navigation, we need to practice this exercise on a regular basis, and it only takes five minutes.

This is download your guide via that's your there which you can just go and download and see how you can use it on your desk or you can even have it with you. And any time you are in stress, you're out of balance, or any time you're confronted with some relationship problems or any kind of negative experience on a spot, just extract yourself from the crowd, go in a really place where it's quiet and five minutes, that's it. Boom, you're done, you connected to yourself. Situation from the place of what could exist.

Speaker 1:

And also a fourth step is trust believing that what could exist is the reality and you are going to create it. So this little exercise is really helpful for business people, for leaders who are so busy building businesses. They are so busy managing people. There is so much going on around these people externally that it is so hard to keep balanced energy within, to keep that constructive thinking, to utilize all the faculties that we have, not only the logical thinking and our skills and professional knowledge, but that part of ourselves that is actually all the time there, but we don't use it. We always rely on something that is not reliable, so we rely on the mind that is attaching to drama and we see the reality as a separated event, separated from ourselves, separated from others and separated from the reality, because we're all connected and especially we need to find that connection to ourselves.

Speaker 1:

Once this connection is experienced, once you have this reference point, when you start to practice this little exercise, then you would see the difference In the beginning. When you start, it is possibly that maybe you wouldn't feel a lot. It is possibly that maybe you wouldn't feel a lot. But if you are persistent, if you really discipline five minutes a day, five minutes a day in any confronting stressful situation and it could be five or ten times a day when you are facing these stressful situations, day when you are facing these stressful situations. And if you have these five minutes to dedicate to actually practice this exercise, then it will be easier and easier and finally you would be so in tune with this, that internal, mystical, spiritual intelligence, then you will be naturally using it. You don't need them to swing around and tremble and have anxiety and unclarity and confusion. Your navigation compass will be guiding you every moment, this moment and the next moment and the next moment, and you will see all the happening external happening that is coming into your life as a connected chain of events you are fully, totally participating in and creating by yourself. So we need to stop blaming someone else. We need to stop blaming governments. We need to stop blaming other external situations for our unhappiness, stress, worries, anxieties, depressions and all the negative experiences. It is fully us who creates that.

If you start to practice this exercise, I am guaranteeing you you're going to transform and equip yourself with absolute, amazing tool that is going to help you to have constructive thinking in any given time in any situation. And also I'm having my fourth season and episode one today of the Heart of Success show and I'm going to come every week and sharing with you a little resources, exercises, tips, and also sharing my own personal experience, which was, for the last six months, quite sad and I'm still going through the grieving waves because I lost three of my closest people my mother, my father, my brother in the space of four and a half months.
